Delivery

Bubbalicious Boutique can send orders domestically or international.

Returns are accepted within 14 days starting from the day of receiving your order. Items returned need to be returned in the condition they were sent with including all packaging for a full refund of the item, this however does not include postage. We do not cover return postage.

All current sale items are not refundable or returnable.

If the items are faulty when the consumer receives them, the consumer must notify Bubbalicious Boutique upon receipt of faulty goods.

It is recommended that royal mail signed for be used as proof of posting. Upon the receipt of the goods we will conduct an inspection and if the goods are found to be faulty we will refund any postage charge incured.

Any returns lost in the mail service are not the responsibility or liability of Bubbalicious Boutique it is you the consumer that must file a claim with the courier service you used. 

All made to order and personalised items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
